  • January 2010 - We are delighted to welcome Nick Fini to Conceptuality. Nick has spent the last 16 years in I.T. Recruitment in the London area and has recently joined the team at Conceptuality to strengthen our blue chip client base in the UK and Europe.

 

  • January 2010 - Happy New Year from everyone at Conceptuality. We have high hopes for 2010!

 

  • November 09 - The Fast Growth 50 has recently been published. It details the fastest growing companies in Wales during the 2006-2008 period. We were too busy to enter but would have been in 21st place! We do plan on entering it next year for the 2007-2009 period and should be even higher up the rankings. 

 

  • August 09 - Friends Provident are the latest organisation to engage Conceptuality. We are delighted to be actively recruiting and placing high level Business Change staff for this FTSE 100 company.

 

  • July 09 - Where has the summer gone? On the plus side Conceptuality have noticed a marked upturn in the market recently, and we are currently working on our largest ever number of vacancies with clients throughout the UK. We have also recently been audited by our governing body REC which we passed successfully!

 

  • May 09 - Conceptuality are delighted to confirm we have been approved as a preferred supplier to Standard Life PLC. Standard Life are a FTSE 100 company.

 

  • April 09 - The World Snooker Championships start this weekend and Conceptuality are sponsoring the World No 34 Ricky Walden. Ricky will be wearing the Conceptuality brand logo on his waistcoat and can be seen live on the BBC on Sunday 19th and Monday 20th April. He plays World No 4 Mark Selby in the first round and all the team at Conceptuality wish Ricky the best of luck!

 

  • April 09 - Conceptuality client Halcrow Group has successfully been awarded a multimillion deal to be Project Partner for the CROSSRAIL project in London. Conceptuality will be providing a number of highly skilled contract and permanent Engineers throughout 2009 to assist in the delivery of this multi-billion pound project.

 

  • April 09 - A warm welcome goes out to our latest recruit. Rhodri Chatfield is joining the Cardiff branch of Conceptuality. Rod joins us from Computer People and will be working on our Contract Team placing IT and Engineering interim staff nationwide. Welcome Rhodri!

 

  • March 09 - London Bound! In a further expansion Conceptuality is opening up a London office in April 2009. Daniel Wrigglesworth has been hired to head up and grow our London operation. Danny has spent the last 12 years in I.T and Business Change recruitment working for the likes SThree Group PLC, Sanderson PLC and EA Consulting Group. Danny will be tasked with developing and expanding our existing Business in and around London and the Home Counties.

 

  • January 09 - Off the back of a record trading year in 2008 we are now looking to employ additional consultants in our Bristol and Cardiff offices. Previous experience within IT or Engineering sectors is essential, as is a proven record of billing and account management/development.
  • December 08 - Conceptuality would like to wish all of our Candidates and Clients a fantastic Christmas and New Year.

 

  • November 08 - Legal & General are the latest company to add Conceptuality a 1st Tier PSL suppliers to throughout the UK. We have recently signed a 12 month agreement covering all areas of ICT and Business Change.

 

 

  • September 08 - Eversheds LLP  are the latest corporate client to add Conceptuality to its UK PSL in a deal worth over £0.5m over the next 12 months.

 

  • August 08 - Conceptuality are proud to announce we have been awarded PSL status to AXA Insurance, the 15th largest company in the World. We will be one of 4 consultancies supplying staff UK wide. AXA Insurance are a world leader in financial protection and wealth management with major operations in Western Europe, North America and Asia/Pacific. AXA services over 50 million customers throuought the world and employs 110,000 staff in fifty countries.

 

  • August 08 - Puerto Banus beckons for our first all expenses paid company trip this year as some of our staff jet off on the 5th September for a well deserved long weekend break.

 

  • July 08 - In a further expansion of our Permanent Recruitment team in Cardiff we are delighted to announce the hiring of Aferdita Qesku (we call her Dee!). Dee joins us from a 5 year successful career with Computer People in London.

 

  • July 08 - Welcome to Keith Watt who joins us after a two year recruitment career at Hays.  Keith will be joining our Cardiff Permanent Division.

 

  • July 08 - Tom Woodman is joining our Cardiff Office Permanent Division. Tom has experience in the recruitment industry working for Hays prior to joining Logica CMG. Welcome Tom!

 

  • July 08 - Our public sector division goes from strength to strength as we are exclusively awarded a Home Office Infrastructure Project in the South West. Our contract team will be providing a range of Contract Staff until March 2009.

 

  • June 08 - A warm welcome goes out to Lisa Davidson who is joining our expanding Bristol office. Lisa has a wealth of recruitment experience and will be focusing on the Engineering sector.

 

  • June 08 - TV Stardom beckons! Our contracts consultant Mark Brereton has just finished filming his first TV Advertisement (http://www.maximuscle.com/general/superstars.html) and he can be seen on the new show "Superstars" which airs in July. This is in addition to his picture being pastered over most of London Underground on advertising hoardings!!

 

  • June 08 - One of our Directors` Jason Grandin is half way through filming a 6 day stint for Channel 4`s "A Place in the Sun", to be aired late in 2008!

 

  • May 08 - Our new website is now live! Vacancies will be going live on Monday 23rd June.

 

  • March 08 - Further to the official opening of our Bristol office we are delighted to announce the hiring of Matthew Pycock. Matt is a seasoned recruiter with over 10 years Permanent and Contract ICT recruitment experience and joins us to head up and grow our Bristol team. Joining with Matt is Simon Nesbeth who has an extensive Sales and Recruitment background.

  • December 07 - Merry Christmas to everyone from the team at Conceptuality. 2007 has been our busiest to date and we`d like to thank our Clients, Candidates and our Staff for making 2007 the most successful since we started the business. We are all looking forward to 2008 which will include our expansion into new offices in Bristol.

 

  • November 07 -  A total of 12  NHS Trusts throughout UK have now signed contracts with Conceptuality for the supply of temporary IM&T staff. We are also delighted to announce new contingency IT Recruitment projects for both Hewlett Packard and Fujitsu.

 

  • November 07 - We are building a brand new Conceptuality Website which should be live by the end of January. Keep an eye out for our new special features! We are also in the process of a updating our company brochure and associated marketing material.

      

  • October 07 - Stange But True! Conceptuality in FHM, Euro Lottery and X-Factor Shock! September seems to be a strange month. One of our consultants good friends has just won £7million on the lottery. Another consultants good friend has just reached the final 12 on the ITV show X-factor. And finally our very own contracts consultant Mark Brereton has just secured a very lucrative double page modelling spread in FHM Magazine this month.

 

  • October 07 - A warm welcome goes out to Josh Bowyer who joins our Interim IT and Engineering Contracts team. Josh joins us to focus on growing our business portfolio in the Midlands and M4 corridor areas.

 

  • September 07 - Congratulations to everyone for hitting the Q2 placement targets with 3 weeks to go. Barcelona now awaits us in early November!

 

 

  • Aug 07 - Following a lengthy analysis into a new Recruitment Databases and Software Conceptuality People Solutions agree a £20,000 order with First Choice Software to deliver a brand new bespoke Recruitment Database using a SQL Server and Visual C#/.Net framework. Thanks to shortlisted companies Bond Adapt, Evolve and Trysis for your consultative approach during the analysis and tender phase. We anticipate the new RDB System being live in September. If you are a candidate look out for our new "Text Message Job Alerts" we will be able to send using this new system.

 

  • Aug 07 - Barcelona is the destination for our Company trip this year. The 2007/2008 Q2 placement targets are being smashed and we have just under 2 months to go before jetting off for a well deserved break in early October!

  •  Jun 07 – Conceptuality are delighted to announce the hiring of Mark Brereton and Sean Walsh as Senior Recruitment Consultants working on the ICT Contracts Desk. Mark brings a successful track record of IT Recruitment experience with him whilst Sean has a substantial sales background. Chantal Clarke joins us from the S3 Group of Companies. Jessica Morgan has taken over our Engineering Division after a long and successful track record of working with some of the largest Engineering Consultancies in the World.
