We currently have offices in Cardiff and Bristol and are always on the lookout for experienced consultants and resourcers to join the Conceptuality team.

We are ideally looking for consultants with previous experience within the IT or Engineering markets although attitude and desire are the main attributes we consider essential, and as such we welcome applications from anyone with a background in Consulting or Sales. Even experienced consultants can expect a tailored training programme based around inhouse courses or at our training partners premises around the country.

Starting salaries are tailored purely around experience and our 40% commission scheme is already the best in Wales and the South West regions! Everyone joining us is rewarded with free Health Cover, a company pension, Childcare Vouchers and 20-25 days holiday per annum. A company car or car allowance is also available (after hitting certain criteria). We we also encourage a team environment where targets are set for group weekends away abroad, with recent trips to Barcelona and Amsterdam and an upcoming Puerto Banus trip.
